Ya know, I like the ideal behind this quote n all, but these words are simply not true.
It does take compromise. Someone will have to give up their privileges to give people their rights. It takes money to rewrite and reroute the system. It takes a survey, or a petition, or something similar, to make everyone aware of the problem and to agree to do something about it.
